How much is a SevenFriday P-Series watch?

There are currently 14 watches under the SevenFriday P-Series collection with a price range between $990 USD and $1,700 USD. Each piece has its own unique style and vibe. Below are some of the models available in the market right now.

First up is the SevenFriday P-Series P3B/03 Racing Team Yellow. Just by its name, you can tell that it takes inspiration from automotive sports which is why this watch was meant to be a symbol of the relationship ‘between man and machine’. The P3B/03 comes in a stainless steel dark gun metal PVD case and bezel. It also has a black and yellow leather-silicone strap which is based on protective gear worn by racers. Powered by the Miyota 82S7 automatic movement, this P-Series watch has an impressive 40-hour power reserve and a water resistance of up to 30 meters. Retailing for around $1,150 USD, the P-Series P3B/03 is a men’s watch that can make you feel like the true racer that you are.

Next is the SevenFriday P-Series P3B/06 Racing Team Red. This model was designed with the same idea as the Racing Team Yellow. Everything, from the materials used to the technical details, are the same. The only notable difference is that the P3B/06 comes in a predominantly red and black design while the P3B/03 comes in yellow and black. Priced at $1,150 USD as well, the P3B/06 is the perfect automotive-inspired watch for red lovers out there.

The SevenFriday P-Series P3C/09 Orange Carbon is a watch that reminds you of action and hero movies. It has the same cool and powerful vibe that main characters usually give off. It comes in a black PVD steel case with a fiber resin bezel and a textile strap in black. Meanwhile, the brushed sunray dial features 4 very intricate layers. For technical details, it is also powered by the Miyota 82S7 with a power reserve of 42 hours and water resistance of up to 100m. Priced under $1,700 USD, this is a must-have watch if you want to express your inner protagonist to the world.

The SevenFriday P-Series P-Series P2B/02 is a very chic and dapper-looking timepiece. It feels like the watch version of a collaboration between The Great Gatsby and Kingsman because of the abundance of black with hints of gold. This model comes in a stainless steel case with PVD gunmetal and a calf skin leather. The dial consists of a 5-layer layout with luminescent markers. Running on a Miyota 82S7 automatic movement,  it features a 40-hour power reserve and a water resistance of up to 30 meters. If the overall chic vibe managed to convince you, you can get this watch for under $1,200 USD.

Lastly, we have the SevenFriday P-Series P1B/01M, giving a very versatile feel. Among the other watches mentioned, this is probably the model easiest to pair with any outfit or ensemble. It comes in a 316L stainless steel case and a bracelet of the same material. Its dial consists of 5 galvanic rhodium-treated layers and 8 applied indexes. Much like the other watches, it also runs on a Miyota 82S7 automatic movement with a 40-hour power reserve. This is the ideal option for those who want a more subtle but still unique timepiece. Get the P1B/01M for approximately $1,250 USD.

SevenFriday P-Series: History and Design Details

SevenFriday was founded by Daniel Niederer back in 2012. The definition of its name has a similar essence to the latin term carpe diem. It basically means that the brand was created for people who go through each day like it’s a Friday. The Swiss company is known to be a sort-of lifestyle brand that offers a selection of watches, accessories, eyewear, and apparel. Despite how new they are to the watchmaking scene, they managed to sell around 80,000 timepieces within their first three years. This shows how well they were able to utilize their platform for the benefit of the brand.

One of the first watches they released, upon their launch, was the SevenFriday P1-Essence model from the P-Series. It came in a curved square case which was meant to look like a vintage television. The watch was obviously inspired by retro elements but with a touch of modernity as well.  Another testimony to this is how, aside from antique TVs, some P-Series watches also take inspiration from vintage automobiles such as Mustang and Camaro cars.

In terms of design, all of the watches in this collection follow a similar look and pattern. For example, rounded square cases and intricate, semi-open dials are common components among the P-Series models. These elements are exactly what make the collection so popularly unique. With that, SevenFriday has been consistently releasing new and improved variations in the P-Series such as the P2-Revolution and P3-Engine models since 2012.

5 Reasons to Buy a SevenFriday P-Series Watch

1. Avant-garde and Distinct

Right off the bat, any of the P-Series models can pique the interest of people, timepiece enthusiasts or not. This SevenFriday men’s watch follows such a unique and forward-looking style, thanks to its case and dial, that it is almost impossible not to stare at it. The best thing is it’s actually an amalgamation of vintage and modern day elements, making it just as elegant as traditional watches. While some people may prefer more classic models, there is no denying that the ones in this line can really spice up a man’s personal collection.

2. Intricate Craftsmanship

This goes hand in hand with the previous point about the uniqueness of P-Series watches. One of the reasons why it’s such a memorable model is because of how elaborate and well-crafted the dial area is. The P-Series features a futuristic layout that allows you to have a glimpse of its inner workings, making it a watch that does not conform to society’s norms. When it comes to this collection, its unique case shape may catch your eye but the intricate layout of its dial will keep you looking.

3. A Mix of Swiss and Japanese Watchmaking

At this point, we are well aware that SevenFriday is a company originating from Switzerland. The ideas, designs, and concepts are all done and curated in the said European state while the movements are made in Japan. This is a big deal because Swiss and Japanese watches are most definitely in the forefront of horology; and the combination of the two is a major jackpot for watch patrons. A selection of timepieces that boast both Swiss and Japanese craftsmanship is something that you should not miss out on.

4. Reasonably Priced

The price range for the P-Series collection is from approximately $990 USD to under $1,800 USD. Taking everything into consideration, this is a fair-enough price range for such a distinct and reliable selection of watches. It has both durability and style much like many of the big, luxury brands that have been in the industry for ages.

5. Equipped with an NFC Chip

A couple of years after they launched, the Swiss company began including NFC chips in some of their models. These chips serve as a more convenient way for a person to authenticate their chosen SevenFriday watch as it can be done through the app. Overall, this is a great way to assure the authenticity of your timepiece and become more familiar with the SevenFriday community as well.

SevenFriday P-Series: Unique and Proud

The SevenFriday P-Series is more than just a selection of well-crafted timepieces. Each and every watch symbolizes living freely without worrying about society’s expectations. The bold and eccentric designs are meant to encourage people to live (and make the most out of) the moment. Don’t miss out on the P-Series because there are only a handful of collections out there that can perfectly capture their philosophy in their watches.
