Product Warranty

Watchshopping.com will provide in-house warranty (1-5 years depending on brand) to every watch unless stated otherwise.

For watches that include manufacturer warranty, the warranty period is valid from the date listed on the warranty card.

Please note that there may be warranty restrictions for some watches. If the watch manufacturers provide their own warranty, then customers will be provided with a warranty card or booklet from the original Authorized Dealer. Depending on the manufacturer, the origin of the Authorized Dealer can be unknown. The Authorized Dealer will not provide the original receipt. The manufacturer may refuse to honor the original warranty as we are not an Authorized Dealer for the watches we sell.

We provide original warranty cards for every single watch unless otherwise stated. But we as a company, Watchshopping.com, do not cover any warranty as you will be covered by the authorized dealer of your purchase instead.

Pre-owned watches will automatically include 1-year in-house warranty.

Watchshopping.com in-house warranty details:
Watchshopping.com's in-house warranty does not cover water or moisture damage. It also does not cover any physical damage to the watch including, but not limited to: watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/ stem, finishes, clasps/ buckles, watch case, crystal, watch band/ bracelet, any lost or missing stones/ gems on the watch/ watch face. In-house warranty will be voided if the watch is serviced by another party. The warranty start date will be listed on the warranty card.

Hublot watches: Hublot customers will receive a warranty card in their Hublot kit that serves as an electronic warranty certificate. This electronic card must be activated in a timely manner to be granted access to Hublotitsa (via Hublot.com).

Fashion watches: Warranty restrictions may apply for fashion brand watches. Customers will receive a warranty booklet/ card with their order provided by the original Authorized Dealer. AD’s do not provide the original receipt. The manufacturer warranty may or may not be honored based upon various conditions. Water, moisture or physical damages will not be covered by the warranty.
